Our Predict & Prevent Dispatch Program is priced at $2,000 per vehicle per year, giving you access to powerful tools and technology designed to streamline operations. The time savings for school administrators alone often offset the cost—making it a smart, high-impact investment in efficiency and safety.


The time savings alone make this program worth it—school administrators significantly reduce the hours spent requesting quotes and coordinating with transportation providers, easily offsetting the cost.


As part of this program, we also offer Transportation Provider Placement at no extra cost. We work exclusively with vetted student transportation providers, regardless of whether they're insured through Shuttlebee Commercial Auto. Through our proprietary underwriting process, we deliver pre-negotiated quotes along with a safety score, helping you make informed, safety-first decisions.

Backup Vehicle Charges

Occasionally, vehicles may be swapped out due to routine or unexpected maintenance. If a transportation provider transfers equipment from the original vehicle to the replacement, schools won't be charged.

However, in urgent situations, these swaps can be difficult to manage quickly and smoothly.

That’s why we offer backup vehicle coverage—ensuring transportation providers stay active in the program while schools and parents maintain full visibility through vehicle tracking and driver performance updates. It's peace of mind when you need it most.


Additional Driver Charges

Every driver in our network receives a personalized safety assessment, performance-based feedback, and ongoing coaching tailored to their driving behavior. These assessments are unique to each individual, ensuring high standards across the board.


However, frequent driver turnover can impact the integrity of our program. When there's a significant influx of new drivers, we restart the assessment process to maintain quality—this may result in additional fees to cover the cost of new credentialing and evaluations.
